We have been successful in gaining the Ecocongregation Award – recognition of our work to combat climate change and to incorporate green issues in the life of the church.
The award takes a wide view of being ‘green’ and assesses how the congregation addresses climate justice (e.g. through Fairtrade) as well as undertaking practical action such as recycling.
